Tacklerow is a US marketplace for custom fishing tackle, sold direct by the people who pour, paint, tie, and build it. One place to run the shop, one calmer way to buy.
What this is
Run the shop without running the software.
Some of the best custom tackle in the country moves through Facebook groups and DMs. Some of it moves through a store the maker built on Shopify. Both work, up to a point. The group has the buyers but no checkout. The store has the checkout but nobody walking in, so you're driving every sale to it yourself.
Tacklerow is built for the part neither one covers. A public storefront, listings organized the way anglers actually search, payments and payouts that run themselves, and buyers who came here for custom tackle in the first place.
Two people are building it: Raleigh and Todd. Anglers first, then operators. We aren't trying to replace the community. We're trying to give it a front door.

Every bait gets a price, a species tag, a photo set, and a checkout path in one place. Buyers pay right on the site and Stripe sends the payout to your bank.

Bait is where we started, not where we stop. Custom rods are already listable with their own length, power, and action. More categories go up as makers bring them.
Who's building this
Two builders, three sons, a lot of mornings on the water.
We make software for a living and we fish every chance we get. Tacklerow is the place we wished existed for the makers we already buy from.
Raleigh
Product and business
Raleigh leads product and the business side. He builds products in real life, and his free time goes to the water with his son. He started Tacklerow because the craft in this community deserves a real storefront, not a comment thread that scrolls away by morning.
Todd
Engineering
Todd leads engineering. He builds products for a living and fishes with his son whenever the work lets him. He is here for the details makers sweat over, the paint, the pour, the finish, and wants them shown the way they earned.
